Description

A great looking vintage
AIR CANADA
flight menu.  An 1871 photo of lumberjacks titles ‘Hauling Trees, Upper Ottawa TRiver’ appears on the menu’s cover. The photo was taken by William Notman (1826-1891).
The menu is circa 1980. There is no indication as to the flight’s class but with menu items such as Lobster Parisienne, Loin of Veal Forestiere and Turbot Duglere, it is assumed that this is a First Class menu.
The code “LHR 1 2/80” appears at the bottom of one of the menu pages.
The menu cover measures 7-1/2” x 12” and is in VERY GOOD condition.  There is a very light wrinkle in the lower right-hand corner on the front cover (see pic).
Buyer to pay $8.50 CDN shipping to destinations in Canada and $13.00 CDN shipping to destinations in the U.S.A. All other destinations should contact me for a shipping quote. If there is something you wish explained, or if you have a question, please e-mail me before the end of the auction. Thank you and good luck!
