Returns:
If there are issues with your product we suggest contacting OPI after **registering your LED Lamp with the warranty card included in the box, we’ll be happy to make an exchange or refund of the product within 30 days of receipt of your product as long as it has not been used whatsoever. *Item will be thoroughly inspected.
For any exchange or refund, we will need the original receipt or record of purchase. The product must also be in its original
BRAND NEW – UNUSED
condition, including the box, UPC barcode, packaging, warranty card, plastic wrap, and all accessories. A 20-50% restocking fee will be deducted if these conditions are not met.
Please contact us before returning an items to get an RMA number. Any return without an RMA number will not be accepted or processed.
Any return without our authorization will not be accepted.
All return packages should be accompanied by a tracking or delivery confirmation number back to our warehouse.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders in the 48 contiguous United States! Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO &  U.S. Protectorates will require additional charges.
